Safety-related processes, procedures and training are PT NUH fundamental’s practices on and off the air, which are done through combining operators' collective experience with frequent ground trainings for maintenance personnel and other key industry professionals to keep our fleets at an optimal shape and performance.

For quality and safety assurance, PT NUH is certified under ISO 9001:2008 for Quality Management Systems and OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupational Health and Safety Standards. In addition, PT NUH is fully recognized under the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), which means that we are licensed to fly under the standards, norms, guidance, criteria, system and procedures for air transportation, flight security, air navigation, aircraft airworthiness and operation in Indonesia.
